# Importing Activity

> Upload your activity data to Monopad

## Import activity

<Steps>
  <Step title="Select post in Monopad">
    Navigate to one of your Monopad post pages and click the
    <Icon icon="ellipsis" iconType="solid" /> More menu.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Update post settings">
    From the <Icon icon="ellipsis" iconType="solid" /> More menu, choose 'Settings'.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload activity">
    From the Settings modal, click the 'Upload' button under Activity. Navigate to find the FIT file and upload it to Monopad.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save changes">
    Once Monopad is done uploading your file, click 'Save'.
