Upload your activity data to Monopad

Import activity

Select post in Monopad

Navigate to one of your Monopad post pages and click the More menu.

Update post settings

From the More menu, choose ‘Settings’.

Upload activity

From the Settings modal, click the ‘Upload’ button under Activity. Navigate to find the FIT file and upload it to Monopad.

Save changes

Once Monopad is done uploading your file, click ‘Save’.
